customers and realizes that the decent future begins with the
decent life quality. Thus, we have prepared to develop 6,000
rais of area within the project to be the perfect and modern
industrial town completes with standard public utility including
the preparation of various facilities and modern entertainment

The areas within 304 Industrial Park 2 have been divided into
3 zones which are Commercial Zone, Residential Zone and Industrial

1.Commercail
Zone
Commercial zone within industrial
zone will be completed with modern facilities such as
shopping centers, supermarkets, restaurants, international
food shops, karaoke, fashion, golf court, fitness centers,
swimming pools, tennis courts, service apartments as well
as large banquet room and complete entertainment complexes.

2.Residentail Zone
As
we realized about the best life quality of our customers,
the Residential Zone has been planned. Every area has
been designed to conform to the nature in order to obtain
the decent environment. The area will consist of the single
houses and beautiful apartments which will meet the requirements
of the occupants.

3.Industail
Zone
Within the Industrial Zone, the
area will be Diverced into 2 zones which are Free Zone
and General Zone. The investors will receive the tax incentives
differently. Anyhow, this will depend on the type and
size of the industry. Therefore, the production cost in
this particular zone will be very low. Apart from that,
this project has created its own public utilities and
public support including electric system, tap water system,
garbage disposal system and correct procedures and efficient
water treatment.
